is approved to issue certificates in compliance
with the bankruptcy code. Approval does not endorse
or insure the quality of an agency's service. Before
you begin the online process, please make
sure that you are from one of our authorized
bankruptcy districts. Look at the
list to the left to see available districts. Identification is
required for all individuals taking the classes via the Internet. We ask that each person wishing to take our Internet
class provide their name, address, phone number,
driver's license number, and state of issuance
at the time the appointment is set up. This information
is recorded in our system. The cost for Pre-Filing is
$50.00 and the cost for Pre-Discharge is
$35.00. The fee will be waived in hardship
cases. Please call 850-434-0268 to request
your fee waiver form.
